Our Exchange Policy
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your items to request an exchange.
The items must be in the same condition as when you received it, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. We do not accept items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged. You will need to provide a valid receipt as proof of purchase.
If your exchange is approved, we will provide you with a shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
To begin the exchange process:
- Contact Us: Please email our customer support team at support@vnt.ae with your order number, details of the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
- Await Approval: If your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with an exchange shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Follow Instructions: Ensure that the item is securely package to avoid damage during transit.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the exchange to be processed once we have received the item(s).

Our Damages and Issues Policy
We kindly ask that you inspect your order promptly upon receipt. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.

Our Exceptions/Non-Exchangeable Items Policy
Custom and personalized products, such as items that have been specially customized, altered, made to order, or personalized for you are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Due to hygiene reasons, items such as, undergarments, swimwear and bodysuits, so as certain accessories such as earrings, hair accessories cannot be exchanged or returned once purchased.
Any item that has been worn, washed, or altered, or is missing original tags, labels, or packaging, is not eligible for return or exchange.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased on sale. All discounted or clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Gift cards, once purchased, are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

Are There Refunds for Price Differences on Exchanged Items?
When exchanging an item, if the new item is of a lower value, the customer will receive a gift card for the remaining balance. If the new item is of a higher value, the customer will be asked to pay the price difference.
