Process for In-Store Exchange
To initiate an in-store exchange, the customer should bring the item(s) they wish to exchange along with the original receipt or proof of purchase to the store. Our friendly staff will assist the customer throughout the entire process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Are There Any Fees for Exchanges?
No, all in-store exchanges are free of charge. The customer will not incur any additional costs for exchanging items.
Can Online Purchases Be Exchanged In-Store?
Yes, online purchases can be exchanged in-store. We encourage the customer to visit the store for a quicker, more convenient exchange process.
Gift Exchange Policy
If the customer received an item as a gift, they are welcome to exchange it for another product, provided it meets our exchange conditions. To initiate the exchange, the customer should ensure they have the gift receipt as proof of purchase. Without a gift receipt, we will be unable to process the exchange.
Refunds for Price Differences
When exchanging an item, if the new item is of a lower value, the customer will receive a gift card for the remaining balance. If the new item is of a higher value, the customer will be asked to pay the price difference.
